The managing director of Virallinen lehti Kustannus Oy, Kalle Toivonen, will leave his position on May 31, 2025. As of June 1, Jari Linhala who has previously served as the publishing manager of Finlex and official information in Edita Group, has been selected as the Editor in Chief of Official Gazette. Virallinen lehti Kustannus Oy is a subsidiary of Edita Group.

In recent years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on many interesting projects — most notably the new Finlex development initiative and the creation of the future-oriented Edilex.AI artificial intelligence service,” says Managing Director Kalle Toivonen.
