An internal reorganization is implemented in Edita Lakitieto. As a result, a new subsidiary, Edilex Lakitieto Oy, is established. In the beginning of 2024, Edita Publishing Oy is partially demerged into two independent companies, one of which serves legal information business area and the other learning business area. As a result of the change, the Group now has three subsidiaries that also correspond to the Group’s business areas: Edita Lakitieto Oy, Edita Oppiminen Oy and Edita Prima Oy.
