Edita Group Oyj and its subsidiary Edita Oppiminen Oy have initiated preparations aimed at merging Edita Oppiminen Oy into its parent company Edita Group Oyj. The arrangement is planned to be completed on December 31, 2025.
The merger will be carried out to simplify and streamline the group structure. The merger will have no personnel implications. Following the change, Edita Group will have the parent company Edita Group Oyj and one subsidiary, Virallinen lehti Kustannus Oy.
