Edita Oppiminen Oy, part of Edita Group, has merged into the parent company Edita Group Plc on December 31, 2025. Consequently, starting from January 1, 2026, Edita Group comprises two companies: the parent company Edita Group Oyj and the subsidiary Virallinen lehti Kustannus Oy. The merger has no personnel effects.
