At the end of November the transaction between Edita Group Plc and a fund managed by CapMan Special Situations regarding Edita Prima Oy is completed. Now Edita Group consists of the parent company Edita Group Plc and the subsidiaries Edita Oppiminen Oy, Edilex Lakitieto Oy and Virallinen lehti Kustannus Oy.
