Heidi Johansson, MSc (Econ), has been appointed as the HR Director of Edita Group Plc and a member of the Group’s management team starting on the 1st of May 2022.
Heidi has been working for the Group since February 2020 as a HR Business Partner and as a member of Edita Prima’s and Nordic Morning Finland’s management teams. Prior to Edita Group she has worked for example for Paulig Ltd and SOL Group. Heidi has a long experience especially in human resources development, talent acquisition and leadership in change management situations.
In her new role Heidi continues her work as a member of Edita Prima’s management team and joins now Edita Publishing’s management team, too.

Marja-Leena Karhu, who has worked as the HR Director of Edita Group for a long time and with great success, leaves the Group at the end of June. During May and June, she will be working actively in the HR team supporting Heidi Johansson to ensure a smooth transfer of HR responsibilities to the new HR Director.
