In the beginning of 2024, Edita Publishing Oy is partially demerged into two independent companies, one of which serves legal information business area and the other learning business area. As a result of the change, the Group now has three subsidiaries that also correspond to the Group’s business areas: Edita Lakitieto Oy, Edita Oppiminen Oy and Edita Prima Oy.
